With an Olympic silver medal and 5 European Championship gold medals to her name, Laura Muir has cemented herself at the top of the ranks within British sporting royalty. Since bursting onto the scene in 2017 with two gold medals at the European Championships in Belgrade, Laura has raised the bar in one of athletics’ blue-ribbon events picking up accolades across the world including a remarkable silver medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics Games, being twice crowned the Diamond League Champion and setting a new British Record over 1500m, smashing Dame Kelly Holmes’ record in the process.

Having showed the best form of her life in 2021 Laura will be a favourite to bring home gold medals at all three major championships in 2022; the World Champions, the European Champions and the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. The 2018 Scottish Athlete of the Year is now well and truly among the greats of Scottish sporting history and she is only just getting started.
